Minimum 51% controlling interest and veto power retained by the sovereign trust entity at all governance levels. Enforced at the protocol level through modified consensus mechanisms. No proposal can override without the trustee node's cryptographic signature.
Sacred Circle
Concentric Authority Model
Concentric governance model with defined authority rings: Core (sovereign trust entity), Inner Circle (authorized governance entities), Outer Circle (verified institutional entities), and Public (open/permissionless). Each ring has defined permissions and accountability chains.

Physics-Grounded Accounting
Ties computational energy costs to thermodynamic minimums via Landauer's principle (kT ln 2 per bit erasure). The canonical record of all energy production, carbon credit issuance, compute allocation, and governance decisions. Append-only, cryptographically anchored.
Topological State Collapse
Irreversible Execution
Governance mechanism where proposals move through defined approval stages before collapsing to an irreversible executed state. Once collapsed, the state transition is recorded on the Sovereign Core blockchain and cannot be reversed.
