Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, governance models, technical architectures, and research outputs published on this site are the intellectual property of the Solheir Estate. The NQD sovereign infrastructure blueprint is patent-pending. The AGD governance doctrine and physics research programme are proprietary works of the Solheir Estate. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.


Patent Status

The Northern Quantum District sovereign infrastructure framework is the subject of a pending patent application. This includes the integrated model of SMR energy, quantum compute, and semiconductor fabrication under unified governance. The patent covers the structural architecture, governance protocols, and licensing framework described in the NQD documentation.


Licensing

The NQD framework is available for sovereign licensing to nations, regions, and institutional entities. Licensing terms are governed by the NQD Sovereign Infrastructure Licensing Term Sheet. All licensing agreements are subject to the S + A = C governance equation and the Golden Share veto mechanism. Contact the Solheir Estate for licensing inquiries.

Certain documents referenced on this site are classified as confidential investor briefings. Access to these materials is restricted to authorized parties who have executed appropriate non-disclosure agreements.
